Great you have found your balance and have found your tribe to support you. It's great also to share the story, we need greater awareness of what it is to live with chronic illness. It is hard enough, without all the judgement and misunderstanding on top.

I’m so aware that it’s not the responsibility of anyone with chronic illness to educate people like me, but I think stories like this can encourage people (also like me!) to go out and learn more. Stories are so valuable, but can be labourious for those telling them. So I really, really valued Sam sharing hers so openly and honestly.
